I have decided that this is how I will document my Winter.

So obviously me and my pals in the 5 years since I was last on here have upgraded our hobbies and such.  MOTORCYCLES are the name of the game this time around.

My Motorcycles:

1971 Honda CL100

This thing gets so many looks, comments anything that you could of.  "What is that?" a drunk once said to me.  Well let me tell you, its slow, handles like crap, looks like hell and is sooooo much fun.  Knobby tires, shoots smoke everywhere.. just trying to give those of you who have not seen it a good visual.  It was yellow at sometime pretty faded now and no side covers which is fine for what I have planned for it.

These are a couple of pictures of the day that I brought it home.  Since then, new tires and did away with the giant mirrors.  Keep posted on here on what I do with it this winter.

1973 Honda CB500K2

Now this little dream has already been through a lot.  Started out looking for a bigger bike to ride with the dudes that could keep up, shockingly the CL100 wasn't doing it for me.  After months of searching craigslist finnaly found one.  A blue 1973 Honda CB 500.

Yes I know what you are thinking, "What the Fuck?"  But with the help of my good friend Marc Seemann, I'm sure if you are reading this you know the man, we had high hopes for this guy and got a deal for it at 500 smackers.

We didn't know what we were getting into from the picture of even when we went to pick it up.  Good compression, good tires, yeah sure let's make this work.  Loaded it up and we were on our way.

Made it back to Marc's place and started really looking into what this bike needed to be ready to melt some faces.  Little things added up and money wasn't tight but I'm the kind of person that hates to spend money.  After a couple of weeks of buying things here and there finally had the majority of parts to get this thing running.

Now granted I know the bike was still rough and loud as all hell, but it ran!  Fired up and woke up the neighbors.  This was mechanically close to how it is now but visually, I think from this picture almost everything has been changed.

There she is, pretty much done.  A little changes here and there:

New Seat

Fixed the giant dent in the tank.

But as for the future, oh it is bright my friends.  Took some thinking and a lot of input from friends and the good ole' internet.  Full Paint, Custom side covers, New Tires, Custom seat, Re-Work the carbs, Fork boots, Grips......ECT!
